PURPOSE: An apparatus for switching duct sleeve of a dust collector in an electric furnace is provided which improves productivity by controlling a dust collecting amount according to circumstances inside the electric furnace, prevents deterioration of dust collecting efficiency due to skull, and reducing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for switching duct sleeve of a dust collector in an electric furnace comprises a cylindrical dust collecting duct(200) on the outer circumferential surface of which spiral round bar tracks(210) are installed with spaced apart from each other; a guide bar(130) onto the inner side of which a plurality of guide rollers(131) contacted and moved on the round bar tracks(210) are adhered, and to the front end of one side of which the sleeve(100) is coupled; a sleeve(100) to which a band(132) contacted and closely adhered onto the guide bar(130) is coupled, which is moved back and forth with being contacted with the guide bar(130), on the middle part of the circumference of which a belt pulley(110) is formed, and which is installed so that the belt pulley(110) is rotated by a grooved pulley(510) of a shaft of a motor(500) at the outside the belt pulley(110) and a belt(700); major axis tracks(530,530') which are parallel to each other, and adhered onto left and right side ends of the rear side of a support base(520) on which the motor(500) is rested; and guide roller housings(600,600') one side of are opened to receive free ends of the major axis tracks(530,530'), at the inner part of which a plurality of guide rollers are rotationally vertically installed in a straight line, and onto the outer surfaces of upper and lower parts of which a plurality of fixed supporting plates(610) are adhered.
