PURPOSE: A system for buying a health insurance sales bond and a method for processing sales bond purchase are provided to activate business by making a hospital and a pharmacy secure money and to improve applicability of money by developing a new service. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a host unit(10) consisting of four hosts, a database unit(20) storing various sorts of information related with health insurance application of hospitals and pharmacies, a terminal unit(30) for a user interface, a communication unit(40) for communication with the outside, and a network connecting unit(50) for connection with a network such as the Internet. Sales amount of a hospital or a pharmacy is calculated by using health insurance sales particulars. A return rate is calculated by comparing health insurance money to reception money or inputting non-received money. The purchase price is determined by considering the return rate. The hospital or pharmacy is paid via the national health insurance corporation.
