PURPOSE: A hook for traction is provided to release impact due to contact between an article and a hook when the article comes into collision with a car and to protect a driver and a passenger by releasing impact. CONSTITUTION: A hook for traction includes a bumper stay(2) disposed on a front frame(1) of a car and a bumper(3) connected with the bumper stay. The frame has a plurality of slot type elongated hole parts(1a) formed slantingly toward a rear portion of an upper side. Each of the elongated hole parts has a hook bracket(4) coupled with a bolt and a hook fastened to the hook bracket. When a car comes into collision in a front direction, impact is applied to the front part of the car from the outside. At this time, the hook bracket is pushed up along the elongated hole parts of the frame, and thereby, impact can be absorbed.
