PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a customer to offer an insurance any time, immediately acquire an insurance policy and smoothly and reasonably do insurance contacting work. SOLUTION: Special forms to be used for printing insurance policies are previously distributed to customers 20. This insurance contract system 10 stores number data for the special forms. When the customer offers the insurance, a customer side terminal 22 is connected to the insurance contract system 10 through a communication network NET and transmits insurance offering data. The insurance contract system 10 inputs the insurance offering data, makes an insurance policy form in accordance with the insurance offering data and transforms it into a document file. When a printing directive signal for the insurance offering data is received from the customer side terminal 22, data for the corresponding document file is transmitted to the customer side terminal and permitted to be printed by a customer printer 24. The customer 20 prints an insurance policy C using a special form P. Upon completing printing by a preset number, the number of the number data for the special form being stored is subtracted by the preset number for renewing operation. |
