PURPOSE: A coded goods and contents service method is provided to code goods and contents, to enable a user to transmit codes, corresponding to the goods and the contents, to an operation server, and to transact the goods and the contents. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a goods or contents provider accessing a service site, transmitting information on the goods or the contents to be sold, and requesting a code for the goods or the contents(S100), the service site generating the code for the good or the contents, advertising the code via various off-line media as well as the internet(S110), a consumer accessing the service site and transmitting a purchase order by inputting the code on a user terminal, and the service site receiving the purchase order and processing the purchase order including a settlement(S120), the service site transmitting specifications of the purchase order to the goods or contents provider(S130), and the goods or contents provider delivering the ordered goods or contents to the consumer(S140).
