PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively guide an Internet user using ISP to a predetermined site by using a hyper link. SOLUTION: When a user accesses through the Internet, this link information generating display system performs a processing for obtaining an IP address of a terminal, through which the user accesses, a processing for determining a domain from the obtained IP address, and a processing for determining an Internet service provider, through which the user accesses, and generating the link information including the description of a hyper link to a portal site to be provided by the Internet service provider or other system in response to the determined Internet service provider and for displaying the link information in a user terminal. |
