PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a person who wishes to sell and a person who wishes to purchase to suitably make a net transaction with a small charge. SOLUTION: The transaction between a user who wishes to sell and a user who wishes to purchase is supported by opening the information with regard to secondhand goods to the public on a homepage and accepting a purchase request. In this case, the users are preliminarily classified into a plurality of groups having different order of priority, and the time elapsed from registration of goods information on the goods for sale is determined. The goods information is made possible to be browsed by the groups by expanding the range from the group of higher order of priority to the group of lower order of priority according to the elapsed time. |
