PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing electronic manual for automatically selecting the electronic manual of a commodity used by a customer, and a server device. SOLUTION: When the customer requests the providing of a manual page to a center 100 through a terminal 500 and Internet 3, the center 100 judges whether the accessed customer is a normal customer of a copying machine 300 or not on the basis of the accumulated customer information. When the customer is the normal customer, the electronic manual for the copying machine 300 is selected, and a manual page of an output form capable of discriminating the selected manual item from other information is formed and transmitted to the terminal 500 of the requester. |
