PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of image processing and to allow an image processing service subscriber to easily acquire a medical image subjected to necessary image processing as occasion demands. SOLUTION: An image processing server device 500 performs an image processing to a medical image (e.g. MRI image, CT image, X-ray image) transmitted from a transmission and receiving subscriber (e.g. a hospital A 51 or a hospital B 52) through a network 1 and returns the result to the subscriber, or performs an image processing to a medical image transmitted from a transmission and receiving subscriber (e.g. a hospital C 53) to a receiving subscriber (e.g. any one or all of a hospital D 54, a hospital 55, a SR1 individual 61, and a SR2 individual 62). Thus, the subscriber of the image processing service can obtain the medical image having necessary processing executed.
