SOLUTION: In this method of accessing latent users of an international call by performing a greeting card posting agent work for overseas residents hoping to send greeting cards to their own country residents, a server receives telephone numbers of the overseas residents and the destination information of the one's own country residents sent from an overseas resident from a client terminal through a network, and specifies the latent users of the international call by obtaining the destination information. The server posts a greeting card recording the telephone number of the overseas resident and an access code number of the predetermined international call service provider company as an agent, and directly accesses the latent users of the international call to enhance the utilization factor of the international call service. |
