PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sure short-circuit grounding apparatus that is less prone to be disconnected form a conductor band and short-circuits currents due to wrong energization. SOLUTION: The short-circuit grounding apparatus comprises a branch terminal portion 52, that is connected with grounding hardware 51 via one ground-side cable 54 and branches the ground-side cable 54 into a plurality of electric wire- side cables 55, conductor band clamping portions 57 in which the ends of the electric wire-side cables 55 are connected one to one and are detachably installed on conductor bands with a power cable connected thereto, and joystick engaging portions 56 installed integrally with the conductor band clamping portions 57. Joysticks are engaged detachably with the joystick engaging portions 56, and the conductor band clamping portions 57 are clamped onto the conductor bands through the operation of the joysticks.
