PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that can control the drive performance of an output buffer in real time so as to considerably reduce a through-current in an operating state and a switching noise. SOLUTION: When data DIN received at the output buffer shifts from a low level to a high level, a transistor (TR) 20 is turned off and a NOR circuit 17 generates a signal HP at a high level synchronously with a low level signal DY delayed by a delay circuit 16, then a TR 19 turns to be conductive and the output buffer 10 outputs data at a high level. Then turning on the TR 19 after turning off the TR 20 can avoid simultaneous turning-on of the TRs 19, 20 so as to avoid the occurrence of a through-current.
|
