PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect energy of microwaves which cannot be received by a microwave receiver loaded to a vehicle, among the microwave transmitted from a microwave transmitter installed on the ground and also reuse the recovered energy. SOLUTION: A position of the vehicle 12 is detected with a vehicle position sensor 31, a slot antenna 36 for transmitting the microwave based on the position of the vehicle 12, a water injection port 42 located at the position, corresponding to both sides of the vehicle 12 is set as the water injection port 42 for exhaustion of water, and the water is exhausted from the preset water injection port 42, simultaneously with transmission of microwave from the preset slot antenna 36 in order to form a wafer film. Since the water film absorbs microwaves which are not received among the microwaves transmitted by a rectenna 62, the energy of microwave not received can be collected as heat energy for effective reuse of the heat energy.
