PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform image quality adjustment and display setting in the case of overlapping and horizontally arranging projected images on the screen by using a plurality of projection display devices. SOLUTION: The subsequent stages of a digital signal processing circuit are provided with a selector 26 for selecting a signal path, an input connector 27 and an output connector 28 of a digital interface standard in the case of necessity when the projection display device 1, etc., are constructed, either digital video data D3 subjected to signal processing by the digital signal processing circuit 23 or digital video data D5 inputted from the outside via the connector 27 can be selected to be projected, and the selected digital video data can be outputted to the outside from the connector 28. Thus, the same projected images can be obtained from the whole display devices by connecting a plurality of proper types of display devices and applying digital signal processing such as image quality adjustment and display setting to one display device of the display devices.
