PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in the quantity of reset of magnetic flux caused by variation in the coercive force of saturable reactors. SOLUTION: Reset time for the magnetic flux of each saturable reactor LS1, LS2 is made to be the same time breadth, by controlling the voltage VS1, VS2 of the voltage time product of the saturable reactor LS1, LS2 by the output voltage of an operational amplifier OP1.
