PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by preventing troubles due to increase of output of opening/closing operation, with comparatively simple means. SOLUTION: A principal axis 9 of a main part of a switch is made to rotate by releasing power of a driving spring 7, which connected the axis and this drives the main part of the switch. While the drive spring 7 is connected with a motor 1 through a speed reducer 2 enabling to join/disjoin, it accumulates the power to a predetermined level by the rotating torque of the motor 1, and when it is separated from the motor 1, the releasing power is transmitted to the principal axis 9. The drive spring 7 consists of a whirl spring, and this swirl spring is constituted to have whirl spring elements 21 and 22 connected with the same screw axis 20 in two or more turns.
