PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which an appreciator or a commentator can appreciate or comment on the whole image and an optional part while clarifying the position relation between the whole image and the optional part, the whole image and the optional part are also displayed clearly and without sense of incongruity, and the appreciator or the commentator can appreciate or comment on the whole image and the optional part in such a state where the actual object of the whole image and the optional part is photographed by a real camera in the device with which the appreciator or the commentator simultaneously presents the whole image of the optional part of an object for comment. SOLUTION: The appreciator operates a sensor device 13 on a poster 10 showing the whole image. Sensor position detecting devices 14 to 17 detect the position of the sensor device 13, and a range shown by the sensor device 13 is displayed on a display 12 in real time by a real time three-dimensional CG technology. When the sensor device 13 is brought close to the poster, a small range is displayed and when the sensor device 13 is carried away from the poster, a large range is displayed.
