PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency and prevent loss of sales opportunity due to a sellout in regard to a controller of an automatic vending machine. SOLUTION: An arithmetic control part 9 calculates the date a sellout will occur from an average number of sales per day determined by dividing the number of sales per column stored in a number of sales per column storing means 3 by lapsed days stored in a lapse days storing means 5 and the number of storage per column stored in a number of storage per column storing means 4. By displaying the date as a sellout predicted date on a sellout prediction display means 7, an operator is made aware of the sellout occurring date, and by this, the operator can determine a proper loading timing and carry out loading before the sellout occurs. By this, the operation efficiency is improved and the loss of sales opportunity due to a sellout can be prevented.
