PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide complex operation type electric parts having improved operability by making rotating type electric parts and a push switch enable to be operated by a common operating component. SOLUTION: It has a driving component 4 covered from outside in a joining state that a tilting to a rotating operation axis 10 of a rotary encoder 1 and a integrally rotating move with it are possible, and the push switch 2 is made to be pushed and driven by a flange part 41 of the tilted driving component 4. Thereby, in case the rotary encoder 1 and the push switch 2 are operated continuously, an operator can perform easily continuation operations of rotating, pushing and tilting of the driving component 4 without detaching fingers or hands. Moreover, if an wedge-shaped clearance C1 is formed between inner circumference of the driving component 4 and the perimeter side of the rotation operation axis 10, or the wedge-shaped clearances C2 and C3 are formed in the side of the joining projections 40a and 40b of the driving component 4, the driving component 4 becomes to be tilted easily without receiving interference of the rotation operation axis 10, even if the driving component 4 and the rotation operation axis 10 are set in the joining state having almost no rickety gaps to raise an operating feel.
