PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system capable of sharing file data while ensuring the security of information between respective base points. SOLUTION: An in-company system is protected by a fire wall 110. File management servers 120 and 150 are respectively provided with an operation log file 124 and an operation log file 154 indicating a file operation history. A file synchronization managing part 125 arranged in a file managing server 120 of the in-company system synchronizes the contents of the file storage part 121 of the in-company system with the contents of a file storage part 151 of an in-company system by referring to the operation log file 124 and the operation log file 154.
