PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recorder and its recording method by which stable light output control is performed with high precision even in recording regardless of a fluctuation of temperature and a change with time in light emitting efficiency of a light source and a difference in individual light source. SOLUTION: The recorder is provided with a light source driving means which emits a recording light beam by driving the light source, an emitted light output detecting means which detects an emitted light output from the light source, and a light output adjusting means which controls the light source driving means based on a light output detected value of the recording light beam by the emitted light output detecting means and which adjusts the emitted light output of the recording light beam. |
