PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the sales and delivery of various digitized content files by an individual writer wherein it is technically or economically difficult to prepare a system for performing optimum digital copyright management (DRM) processing or online charging system to the content files. SOLUTION: In this system, conversion to optimum file form every kind or digital copyright management processing can be performed for various digital content files applied from individual writers, and the condition related to DRM processing desired by a writer can be reflected thereto. When the writer desires to provide the content for pay, the charging to the use of the content file is substitutively executed for the writer.
