PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care job support system capable of efficiently and smoothly preparing nursing care schedule of a visiting care-giver performing nursing care service for a person requiring life support and care. SOLUTION: Since nursing care schedule is prepared by dispatching a visiting care-giver having vacant schedule between a plurality of companies providing nursing care service at home based on each information by storing the information related to the person requiring care and the information related to the visiting care-giver, nursing care schedule of the visiting care-giver can be efficiently and smoothly prepared.
