PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing a user (company) of the chemical substance to easily calculate the discharge and shift of potentially harmful chemical substance to be discharged and shifted. SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of (a) with respect to the use of a chemical substance product, a discharge coefficient showing the ratio of the discharge/shift to its discharge destination and shifting destination is obtained for each production process and stored; (b) the user inputs basic information data including the purchasing item of a used chemical substance product, a production process for producing products by using this chemical substance product and MSD data; (c) the discharge and shift of the used chemical substance are summed by each CAS NO. of the chemical substance based on these pieces of basic information data.
