PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the effectively use of art objects housed in an art gallery, a museum, etc., which was hardly tried although the possibility of commercial use as design is large. SOLUTION: To use the whole or part of a picture of a work maintained and managed by the art gallery or museum as design for commercial use, the design is classified in hierarchical structure according to purposes of use. When the design is classified, words which are recalled to by a pattern and words which represent a purpose of use and usage are given as keywords to make it easy for a recipient to retrieve it. Further, they are installed on a computer system and then maintenance and management are carried out while repetitive use of design and the like is checked.
