Y = O, S or NR2; Z = N or CH; R1 = OH, halo, 1-8C alkyl or alkoxy; m = 0-2; n = 1-4; p and q = 0 or 1; R2 = H, benzyl or 1-8C alkyl; A = group (a)-(o); R3 = halo, OH or 1-4C alkyl; R4 = H, 1-4C alkyl; c = 0-4; d = 0-3; e = 0, 1; and f = 0-2.
