<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize person set information to be read aloud included in a mail text. SOLUTION: A menu key is pressed down, a person to be designated is selected, and inputted person set information is inserted into the mail text in a prescribed text character string. Person detail setting selected simultaneously is read from a person set information part, and each set element being the detailed information of the designated person is stored in a person detail set storage work part. When mail is transmitted, the person detail set information stored in the person detail set storage work part is automatically attached as a text character string (picture code, etc.), of a prescribed format to the end of the mail text. When the mail is received, the attached person detail set information is separated from the mail text and stored in a person detail set storage work. In the case of reproducing the person detail set information, the person set information is discriminated from the mail text, the detail set information is read from the person detail set information storage work part of person setting and read aloud by each detail setting.</p> |
