<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system/method for managing secrecy by deciphering for preventing the leakage of secret information of a user by preventing a server manager and the third person from deciphering server information completely, and a computer-readable recording medium with a program for making a computer perform the method recorded thereon. SOLUTION: A secondary cipher key is transmitted to a server 1 which is installed on the side of the server manager and stores ciphered user information based on a primary cipher key and the secondary cipher key managed by a manager on the side of the user, from a user terminal 2. The server information is deciphered on the server 1 with the received secondary cipher key and it is turned to be user information ciphered by the primary cipher key. By ciphering the user information ciphered with the primary cipher key with the changed secondary cipher key received from the terminal 2, the server information is ciphered again.</p> |
