PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device of which, an optical unit including a lamp can be safely, easily, and integrally taken out from a narrow space. SOLUTION: The light source device main body guides light irradiated from a light source connected to a power source to an object to be lighted through a light guide composed of a bundle of optical fiber. A transferring means is provided to enable a user to integrally take out the optical unit including a light source housed in the light source device main body.
