SOLUTION: During transmission of update data from a base station 2, when connection of a wireless span is interrupted due to a deteriorated electric field or a drop of a battery in a mobile terminal 1 (#410) and the wireless span is restored to a connectable state (#411), a final pointer attached to the update data having been received is confirmed and transmission of update data not received is restarted from update data with a succeeding sequence pointer attached thereto (#413, #4082', #4083).
