PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit an article for easy viewing, from the outside to make the kind and brand of the article to be discriminated easily, and make the presence of the article stored in an article rack confirmed easily. SOLUTION: This article-delivering device is provided with the article rack 15 for storing the articles S arranged longitudinally and having an article delivering part 16a, and an article exhibition table 25 for exhibiting the articles in the front end part of the rack 15, in a substantially upright attitude to be easily viewed from the outside. The exhibition table 25 is provided with a support shaft 26, with both ends being supported turnably, and a push contact part 29 abutting to push-out member 33 to be pushed frontward; the exhibition table 25 is turned around the support shaft 26 as the center by pushing the contact part 29 front wards with the push-out member 33; and the articles exhibited in the article rack 15 are delivered, thereby to deliver all the articles stored in the rack 15.
