PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit in which a synchronous state between mutual plural flip-flop circuits constituting a logic block can be secured with simple constitution and low power consumption can be realized. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit provided with plural flip- flop circuits 1 constituting logic blocks 2, 4 respectively, a synchronizing clock signal being common to the plural flip-flop circuits 1 is supplied, while at the time of unnecessary of operation of one part of flip-flop circuits 1, a clock signal supplied to the flip-flop circuit 1 is made to stop by clock stop signals 3, 5 from the outside of the flip-flop circuit. |
