PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize an actual condition of a job process by a method based on a combination of characters, figures, and numbers using a programmed computer to easily grasp an actual condition and direct attention to improvement and provide an electronic manual for continued management of improved job. SOLUTION: A visualizing, grasping, and analyzing method of job process comprises a method in which all the members belonging to an organization to be grasped record during a required period of time (about one month) using a recording sheet having a fixed form devised to enter one day unit of various records simply by numbers and symbols at specified or random entry time of about 20 times/day, data is inputted, totalized, and analyzed, and various analysis charts for grasping actual condition of jobs are outputted, an electronic manual (job management point manual) preparation method in which unit jobs are displayed by process charts to display work contents, management points, and a degree of ease of jobs, and a work amount, and a visualization method in which unit jobs having a linkage of its process and pre- and post- processes are connected and are displayed by block charts and an improved job system table is prepared. |
