PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user (care requester) side to deliberately buy a nursing care goods of good quality at a low price irrelevantly to whether the article is brand-new or recycled and a trader side to secure stable corresponding profit in the case of selling the help article. SOLUTION: A management head-office side server is equipped with a storage means which stores and generates an article basic information database, an article history information database storing article life-cycle information, a trader information database storing trader information, a user information database storing user information, and a statistic information database storing various statistic information and a means which decides the right to use a brand-new article and the proper selling price of a recycled article; and the stored information, price information, etc., are unified and managed by the management head-office server side and distributed to a user-side terminal in real time through the Internet. |
