PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible system and a method for communication and decision-making across multiple business processes. SOLUTION: A technique and a system are provided, and modeling of decision-making in the business processes is computer network-enabled, thereby standardizing business process data. Outputs or reports generated from the business process data storage may be automatically generated in accordance with preset criteria or generated upon request. Because all of the processes are centrally managed, e.g. through a network, a virtual office is provided. Thus, members can enter data, information, documents and the like, which may be done on- or off-line. It is thus possible to achieve efficient progression of individual business processes, as well as effective management of effective management of a business process portfolio, e.g. optimizing of resource allocation. |
