PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new collector for batteries, which has high efficiency of electric charging/discharging and can form an electrode in that high-speed electric charging/discharging is more possible than before. SOLUTION: The collector component 1 for batteries constituted that it is formed in a shape of a plate equipped with holes 110 of a large number, which accommodate the active material particle 2, and a hole diameterΦ[μm] of each hole 110 is made to 1 to 20 times of the average particle diameter D [μm] of the active material particle 2.
