PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-transmission control method and system that can conduct efficient re-transmission control. SOLUTION: Base stations 2-1 to 2-3 receiving an incoming information signal from a mobile station 1 discriminate whether or not the received incoming information signal has an error. The base stations 2-1, 2-3 transmit the result of discrimination to the base station 2-2 that is a communication opposite party of the mobile station 1. The base station 2-2 analyzes the error discrimination result from the base stations 2-1, 2-3 and the error discrimination result of its own station and discriminates whether or not the discrimination result of no error is included, and returns a NACK (no acknowledgement) to request re-transmission to the mobile station 1 only when all the discrimination results indicate an error.
