SIGNAL STRIP DEVICE OF CLEARANCE TYPE CHARGED PARTICLE DETECTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A signal strip device of clearance type charged particle detector and manufacturing method of the same are provided to manufacture the signal strip device with chemical method. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises five steps. The first step is to fix a copper plate(41) on an upper surface of a bakelite plate(40) and to attach adhesives on placed to be etched. The second step is to apply paint(44) on the copper plate. The third step is to remove the adhesives and the paint on the adhesives. The fourth step is to apply ferric oxychloride(46) on an upper surface of the paint. The fifth step is to remove the ferric oxychloride and the paint after exposed parts of the copper plate are completely melted.
