PURPOSE: An advertisement betting game service system and method is provided to arrange a plurality of banner advertisements at a service site, to enable a user to assess the banner advertisements, and to bet cyber money on the banner advertisements so that it can enhance an advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a server of a service site over the internet, the server transmitting HTML pages including advertisements to a user terminal, and the user terminal displaying the advertisements on a monitor(S10), the user assessing the advertisements, the user betting a cyber money on the advertisements, the user transmitting the assessment and the betting data to the server, and the server storing the assessment and the betting data at a database, and settling the betting money(S14), the server collecting the assessment and the betting data from a plurality of users and determining the ranking of the advertisements(S18), and the server allotting dividend, set according to an assessment criteria, to the users who bet a cyber money on the advertisements of higher ranking(S30).
