PURPOSE: A chemical foil winder is provided to firmly wind the chemical foil by controlling tension by mounting a band brake on a lower portion of a bearing and to reduce a producing cost by recycling resources. CONSTITUTION: A device for winding a chemical foil comprises a withdraw unit(10) withdrawing a chemical foil; a guide unit formed on the withdraw unit; a motor(13) driving the withdraw unit; a winding unit winding the chemical foil by tension of a band(24); a winding shaft moved by being connected to an end portion of the chemical foil; a bearing fixing the winding shaft; a drum(23) driving by being connected to a lower end of the winding shaft; a band(24) wound on the drum; a band fixing unit(25) fixing an end portion of the band; a spring(26) preventing breakage of the band by being engaged with the band; a tension controlling nut(27) controlling tension by being engaged with the spring; and a tension controlling bolt(28) controlling the tension.
