PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity order receiving and ordering system to receive and order for a commodity and to order the commodity to be handled by a specified number of enterprises by using a computer network and a payment settlement system which are capable of increasing the efficiency of order receiving processing and invoicing processing in electronic commerce between the enterprises, simplifying them, and simplifying the procedure of payment. SOLUTION: These systems are constituted to temporarily store commodity order data from a specified customer terminal 13 connected to the computer network 12 in an order storage means 23 by an order treatment means 22, to form an order file for each of the enterprises by carrying out order processing to make the order data for every enterprise, to form invoicing for every enterprise for the ordered commodity for every customer as one of electronic invoice files by reading the order data in which an invoice issuing means 24 is stored and to transmit it to the customer terminal 13 from a delivery means 25. |
