PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of selling returned surplus concrete to a consumer who wishes to purchase it by buying the returned surplus concrete through a communication line. SOLUTION: Information such as the properties of the returned surplus concrete and also information such as properties of the returned surplus concrete which are required by consumers are timely collected and registered. Each information registered in a distribution center is individually collated and matched, and the result of the matching is distributed to each consumer through the communication line. The consumer replies whether he orders the returned surplus concrete or not to the distribution center through the communication line. The distribution center having received the order purchases the returned surplus concrete, sells and supplies it to the consumer.
