PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency in an environment for performing document-processing operations which is diverse depending on each user. SOLUTION: After identifying a user by using an instruction input device 1, a document data name expressing document data is inputted. With this document data name as a key, printing control information table registered in a printing mode-registering device 5 is retrieved to extract the printing mode used in the operation of the last time. The extracted printing mode is set and the document data are printed by a printer 6. |
