<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA communication system call setup method that is suitable for transmission of high-speed data such as video data between a caller terminal and a called terminal in real time with respect to the CDMA communication system and especially using a CDMA mobile communication system. SOLUTION: The method includes a step where a call is set up between the caller mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal, a step where bearer information between a caller control station and a called control station is transmitted through the setup call to set a bearer path between both the control stations, a step where mobile terminal data between the caller control station and the called control station are transmitted through the setup call, and a step where the call and the bearer path set after the data transmission are released.</p> |
