PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone having a camera for integrating the telephone with the camera and a crime preventing system using the same. SOLUTION: The portable telephone A comprises a camera section 10 for obtaining image data by photographing a subject. The telephone A further comprises an image signal processing means (signal processing unit 11) capturing the image data from the section 10 to data process the data, a memory means (memory section 14) for storing and preserving the image data, and an image comparing means (image comparing unit 12) for comparing the obtained these image data. |
