摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generating system by which when recovered water in a fuel cell generating unit and inverter cooling water are cooled by an air-cooling cooler which does not require maintenance, plant cost is reduced without making installed capacity of the air-cooled cooler too great while retaining the temperature of circulating water for cooling of the inverter to a proper value, and a driving method thereof. SOLUTION: An auxiliary heat exchanger 81 is added to a cooling water circulating circuit 51 of an inverter including an inverter cooler 53, a refrigerator chilled water by-pass circuit 80 having a chilled water cutoff valve 82 is provided to use a part of chilled water outputted from an absorption refrigerator 58 as cooling water for the auxiliary heat exchanger 81, and the chilled water cutoff valve 82 is opened by a control device not illustrated only when the temperature of the circulating water exceeds a prescribed set value according to the measured value by a thermometer 57, thereby causing refrigerator chilled water to pass through to return it to a refrigerator chilled water circulating circuit 52 through a chilled water returning line 84.
