PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data carrier device capable of sensing the presence/ absence of impact by equipped with an impact sensitive sensor disconnected by applying a prescribed impact or more in the data carrier device provided with a resonance circuit having an antenna coil for communicating with an external machine and provide a system capable of checking and securing a baggage handling method, when the baggage is sent by a parcel delivery service (trade mark) with the data carrier device attached thereto.
