PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an assessment including a more precise calculation of life expectancy for gas equipment or the like and to output the comparison result for life expectancy in replacement, in repair, and in use as it is. SOLUTION: This assessment method comprises a process for laying an assessment server or assessment client in a communicable state with a control part and reading the use history information of the equipment stored in the control part to detect the performance information of an actuator in the operation control by the control part. The assessment server or assessment client calculates the life expectancy of the equipment according to the difference between the life value of the equipment and the use history information and/or the difference between the normal performance value of the equipment and the performance information. A longer life expectancy can be judged when the difference between the life value and the use history information is larger. A longer life expectancy can be also judged when the difference between the normal performance value and the detected performance information is smaller. Both the indexes are combined to detect the life expectancy, whereby the assessment for life expectancy of the equipment is more precisely performed. |
