PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser generating equipment wherein deterioration of laser output can be restrained by preventing surely deformation of a retaining member for retaining a plurality of mirrors which are connected optically. SOLUTION: A visible light heat source 22 is installed which heats the inside of a cabinet 1 when oscillation of a laser beam 18 is stopped, i.e., when irradiation with a laser beam 6 for excitation is not performed. As the visible light heat source, a lamp is used preferably. |
