PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the reliability of an analysis result and to performs processing within the range of a machine resource quantity to be analyzed when a CAD model is analyzed by VOXEL division. SOLUTION: A volume error calculation part 1 by VOXEL sizes calculates volume errors corresponding several VOXEL sizes as to each component and a machine resource consumption calculation part 2 by the VOXEL sizes calculates the VOXEL sizes when a volume error is made constant and machine resource consumption when an analysis is taken by the VOXEL size as to each component. Then a machine resource consumption calculation part 3 by volume errors calculates the machine resource consumption of the whole model with a certain volume error. A volume error minimum value calculation part 4 by machine resource consumption finds the minimum value of the volume error within the range of the current machine resource quantity and a VOXEL size calculation part 5 by the minimum volume error calculates the VOXEL size of the minimum volume error by components.
